Inovatronics Power Windows?

I'm reading Paul Overaa's "Mastering Amiga Assembler", 1992, at the moment, and there he talks about a program called Power Windows, which helps the coder generate and creating userinterfaces easily. Is this program worth using, or are there maybe even better alternatives? Or should all userinterfaces be handcoded. what do you recommend?

Never saw Power Windows but I often used GadToolsBox to create GUIs.
