Going by the current price of accelarators being in the ~£400, I would definitely consider one of these out of my budget lol.

lesta_smsc - but maybe people who buy these new super-accelerators will sell their old accelerators on. I only have the one Amiga (A1200) and can't see the logic in keeping my current ACA1230/56 (which is a great bit of kit) if I end up buying one of 040/060 accelerators and it proves to have decent compatibility.

My gut feeling is probably about £300 for the TF360 and that'll be the cheapest of the bunch by a long way. I do stress thats a complete off the cuff comment but I just have a feeling thats the magic number. I can see the ACA 060 for the 1200 being at least £400 if not £500
More like 2000 GBP... The price will be unaffordable and unrealistic just like the other Individual Computers shit.

The only one priced below 400 would probably be the TF360.
In one of his videos he said he targets a price of around 200 without CPU.

Which brings me to another question - where will all these 060 CPUs come from?
They are hard to find as it is and the market is flooded with Chinese fakes.

It looks like the TF360 isn't going to happen:

You need to forget Hewitson, compared to his language, he can b e older than twelve.

Shame for those who use language like that for those who still produce hardware for our hobby machine.

Well all I can do is tip my hat to Stephen for all his hard work to date and encourage him to ignore the 1% arseholes within the community and to come back to it as and when he feels its time to do so.

I suppose it solves my dilemma of if i should buy the TF360 , seems its been decided for me, at least it saves me a good couple of 100 rupees

As for why Stephen is stopping, i don't blame him to be honest, to many demanding idiots that think its their right he does this ,that for them, and not appreciating the effort, time and stress in doing these projects.
It's always the few that spoil things for the many , if it wasnt for the TF328/330 i probably wouldnt have bothered getting an Amiga again after some 25+ years, so i for 1 am sad to see him call it a day.
Just hope that 1 day he will come back at some point.
