os 3.1 to 3.9

just wondering if its worth upgrading from os 3.1 to 3.9?
a3k 2 meg chip and 4 meg fast.. just for gaming and the odd app.. is there a difference or a benefit just to game?

just saw this thread and thought i would take the chance of asking a question which is slightly relevant to this.
Where do you actually get a copy of amiga OS 3.9?
Thought i would give it a try, but do not know where to get it.

Hi Thomas,

Please correct me if I'm wrong here. AFAIK there is nothing 'private' about that link. It shows all the details of the product, but still requires registration/login if you decide to go ahead and purchase.

I checked earlier and could`t find any of your dets Prowler or you would have had a pm or something


you might want to take Amiga OS 3.9 out of your basket though

I think you'll need at least an 030@50 with 32mb ram to enjoy 3.9...btw, I think Amigakit are selling OS3.9 too
