Mediator 3000Di - possibly dead logic board

Hello,

I for some reason did not plug in the PCI 4000 Mk-2 logic board correctly on my 3000Di, and now the doesn't boot anymore

Did I just kill my Logic board ? - I have re-inserted the old daughterboard, and amiga thankfully still works.

I have emailed Elbox as well, but its probably going to cost an arm and a leg...

Any help or ideas appreciated.

If you didn't see or smell magic smoke them I'd imagine you didn't break it. Try cleaning all contacts. Reseating. Making sure its all the way inserted.

Ok, I did not see or smell anything bad, so hopefully it's just the contacts.

Ps: Is it normal that the mach chips get almost so hot you can't hold a finger on them?

It's aliiive!! Cleaned the connectors, and it worked

Guess I'm still learning...
