Keyboard gets weird if I plug in a cable?!

Lo, wanting to transfer files using laplink/parallell cable instead of nullmodem. So I got this: http://www.boomerangsworld.de/apccomm/ for both the miggy and the linux comp, but whenever I plug in the laplink cable into the amiga the keyboard gets weird. If I press enter, a "w" is entered etc... Any ideas?

Uhm, did I kill it?

Turned amiga off, unplugged cable, waited 30 secs, turn amiga on, it doesn't boot..

Turning amiga on, after blizzard initialization the screen blinks, then power led blnks, then reboot

edit: if i let it sit at the reboots, after some reboots it gurus, then loads from the hdd, and then hangs before wb.

edit2: I can't seem to be able to disable the blizz, holding down 2 does nothing, the "decrunching screen" is still showed

You probably blew a CIA with the cable. They can cause interesting side effects..

Yep, I think you definitely blew a CIA. What colour(s) does the screen go when you first switch on?

I probably did that yes... But I can't check that now, I've changed the mainboards

Yes, I changed the mainboard. So one mainboard dead...
