CD32 NVRAM management

How does one go at erasing files from NVRAM in a CD32? Is there any way, without having to create any sort of Shell tool? Because I have no keyboard.

Just navigate with the joypad to NVRAM: saves and delete the ones you want.
CD32 manual here in PDF-format.

If you have a padlock on saves it wont let you delete them, you have to unpadlock them first.

Sure its in the manual posted.

The manual only mentions the Padlock screen, with the key etc. I pressed all keys, but none deleted anything, I could only lock/unlock the savefiles.

Thats right,
If they are unlocked, then it will auto delete ones to make space for new game saves.
If they are locked then it protects them from being deleted.

Well I tried to save a game and there were plenty of unlocked ones and the game refused to save anyway.
Also seems like a shitty method, what id it erases one I do care about, accidentaly?

Oh, Commodore... :P

Another crazy question: can you store anything else in the NVRAM sace? Like, a script.

I donĀ“t think that it would make sense to store anything else in a 1 KB (!!!) space than gamesaves.

Which is the game you have trouble with? E.G. Inherits of the earth needs 83 (or so) blocks.
