Floppy disk Help needed: floppy disk w/ TransWarp to transfer ADF files

Hi all,

I am in the following situation:

- I am the new owner of an Amiga 500 with no floppy disks at all (not even Workbench). I know she has the Kickstart 1.2 ROM inside. She also has the A501 512k memory expansion board. I don't currently own any other Amiga computer.

- I want to create floppies from ADF files that are on my PC.

- I have no way to get the first file across.

Could someone be kind enough to ship me a bootable floppy containing the freeware program named TransWarp? I've read that it would allow me to transfer ADF files to the Amiga over a serial connection using a null-modem cable.

Any other solution is welcome, but please remember that I don't have a Workbench disk, so I will need a "standalone" disk that doesn't rely on anything else.

I will gladly pay for the postage and the disk. BTW, I live in Canada.

Regards,

Christian

Hi mate,

if you still need help, PM me and I can certainly help out. However, it would be best if you could "borrow" the WB disks from someone who is local to you.
