Trying to find perfect display on 32" LCD tv, help

Hi guys, I have a samsung 32" LCD tv and the latest winuae 1.6.

As you can see from the 1st attached pic my 800x600 workbench (amiga) screen doesnt quite fit my tv screen. If i choose 1024x768, the 3rd picture in the set, the screen goes smaller and 1360x768 it goes smaller still. The best resolution i can find (which i use) is 800x600 which is ok but doesnt fit perfect. I have gone into workbench and used overscan, stretching the workbench screen to as far wide and long as i can. Any other screen modes i choose such as 720x480 are not supported by my tv.

At the moment all i think i can do is move the amiga screen to the left so the borders on the sides are even, but this gives me 2" of black unused screen either side, top and bottom. Is it possible to have the screen fit 100%?

Thanks for any advice guys

It is practically impossible to get 1:1 mapping, especially with 16:9 display.

You can try adjusting filter-panel settings until it looks good enough.

In 1.6 autoscale + aspect ratio setting enabled should result in good enough display without manual adjusting.
