This title has a story like Wing Commander and of course on PC it has best intro. It has many more moving objects on screen, more long sequences and a story better narrated PC [ Show youtube player ] Atari ST (nice music) [ Show youtube player ] Amiga [ Show youtube player ] |

A digitized version of Holst's Mars the Bringer of War (from his Planet suites):
[ Show youtube player ] IIRC the PC music is supposed to be a rendition of this music too. I don't know why the Amiga version got a different music (which is quite nice too). |

No Second Prize
Differences in Music. You have to listen to very well and maybe close your eyes. Amiga has very good quality but the same sample ad libitum. Atari ST has a very much better arranged with various samples Amiga [ Show youtube player ] Atari ST [ Show youtube player ] |

Shadow of the Beast II
Amiga Intro is very cinematic, while ST has problems because disk access is not very useful here, so no music, no sound effects and other cuts. Amiga [ Show youtube player ] Atari ST [ Show youtube player ] |

I really wonder what happened in the audio department to have such a change from Holst's music to the original (?) amiga composition. Also there were some sound issues that were mentioned in an old thread: http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?p=522391 so I guess that for one reason or another they decided to make some last minute change? |

No Second Prize is laughable on the ST, it would be ok if it was on the Acorn Electron maybe
