split up screen filter settings
EDIT: thread to trash. I didn't notice that there are presets ... Sorry.
--- Split up display and screen filter configuration from global configuraton. The reason is the amiga screen is alway problematic and when workbench uses all screen, games have very often unused border. With null filter it is very easy to put away the border but, especially with whdload, every parameters must be set one by one, and after closing whdload each parameters must be restored. It is a little inconvenient. Reloading global configuration resets current amiga state. At least screen filter settings could be splitted. --- EDIT: thread to trash.
