I've still got the magic

After waiting nearly a month my hardware from Amiga Kit finally came and so installed it.

So now I have a stock A1200, Gotek floppy, 4GB Compact flash card and 4 GB Harddrive.

I though I'd try and pop on WHDload and have a go with Battle Squardon.

Still got the knack with my competition pro on real h/w! Only used one life.

Time to see if I can rescue my old floppies and convert them to ADF's now.

I wonder where I can find some more WHDload games

All the games I've tried using the Gotek have failed to load (well apart from Bomb Jack Beer Edition)

I've got the same yellowing A1200 sitting on my desk now with KTRLCD32 & LCD + A1260. Ready for a quick go at ... anything.

Why would any EAB member still visit http://www.whdownload.com/?

It's massively out of date...

Instead, use the EAB File Server and anything from under the directory: Commodore_Amiga/Retroplay

Last time I checked (a year or so ago) there were demo installs on whddownload.com that were missing on the EAB file server (can't remember exactly which atm).
Is it complete now?
