A2000 reset button

Just wondering if anyone knows of an easy way to put a reset button
on the A2000?

The reason I can`t use a keyboard to reset is the left amiga key dosn`t work and may I also say I like the thrill being able to press The button and bring the system to a crashing halt and a wonderus rebirth

Is it as simple as shorting 2 wires on the cpu ?? or is there a reset signal on the zorro bus i can tap, preferable the easiest way plz

Suggestions, hints on life, reasons to be cheerfull, answers on a postcard fourm plz

sorry for the ribbitings just getting over 3-4 days depression and head aches

1) read schematics
2) find the component + pin where the _reset signal originates from (it all begins with the kbdclk and kbddat lines, so follow those)
3) solder in a switch to ground the reset line

Practical? You need to solder a push button between this signal and ground. :-)

You really should help yourself, since all the info is available on the net, but I had a bit of downtime after work so I looked it up. :-)

Pin 14 of U805.. Verify that there's a connection between that to pin 18 of the CPU before soldering the wires.
