(OT) Starting a bbc micro game from the beeb's cli

I've got a tosec disk that's got a dumpflag of START CHUCKIE, and the disk loads in the emulator to cli. If I type CHUCKIE or START CHUCKIE it reports MISTAKE. Any beeb experts care to help?

Thanks

Consulting my piss poor 20 year old memory, I am suggesting you type run or maybe chain chuckie, but if you trust my 20 year old memory you are in a sorry state sir.

If you don't figure it out upload the image. I like a challenge.

I've added a couple of images to the zone

I'm using the emulator BeebEm http://www.mkw.me.uk/beebem/

There's a clue in the naming convention of the file, the two marked BOOTFILE run up straight away, the other two have the start references and load to cli.

Thanks for looking.

If you like to go into memory line, watch

[ Show youtube player ]

They promoted BBC with this (and few other) shows.

I remember watching it back in mid 80s.

Watch Rex Malik predict future @ [ Show youtube player ].

BTW, download BBC User Guide here: http://bbc.nvg.org/doc/BBCUserGuide-1.00.pdf

Theres two you can use on the Beeb.

Chain "program name" or Chain "", the second one will find the first available executable and start loading it, useful if you don't know the name of the program

And there is also *RUN, which usually was used by Superior Software games.
