You are welcome, but three of them were extra codes I had from my new graphics card purchase, got them on my previous card purchases and since I don't do EA/Origin I figured that code was garbage anyways, glad it went to a home that can use it

OK, I'm going nuts on the sale, grabbing the smaller games including some indy titles.

Going to look at Reus and Fez and a few others as well.

Also, I had purchased some 4 packs of a few games that support multiplayer modes, so if anybody is interested let me know.

Trapped Dead

Dungeon Land

@shoon: is mcpixel any good? The video looks hilarious

edit:

added

- skyrim: hearthfire
- the bridge (a funky M.C. Escher style adventure)

to the collection. Woohoo, my Skyrim collection is now complete

It's a "different" kind of game, wrapped in pixelated cartoony adventure form filled with sillyness that sometimes goes too far.
The game literally has only a few dozens of minutes of gameplay if you want to just finish it, but it will take a while to see all of the endings to different situations McPixel stars in.
Definitely not everybody's cup of tea, depends on your sense of humor, but I recommend it. It's especially fun with friends and/or while drunk.

Day 3 is even worse, this summer sale is pretty bad so far. In previous years I mourned my wallet.

Same here, but really it just means I can pickup some of the missing games from my collection that I have missed before

I have so many of the bigger titles that have been published so it's still a Win-Win for me.

I can however see why it's not as great a previous Summer Sales, again more and more users have joined Steam so I bet it's fantastic for the noobs

EDIT:

Somebody stop me, I can still find things to purchase on the Steam Summer Sale

If I could stop collecting games I would be ok.... No, no I would not, haha

Well there is the Witcher 2 and Borderlands 2 + season pass on the cheap which are great games if you didn't have them yet. Just don't fall into the trap of buying Age of Empires 2 HD - its a bloody great game, but there is nothing HD about it. One of those "release the original - add steam workshop support - call it HD" things.

Hey you guys interested in Chivalry? It's an awesome game, seen some letsplays on youtube and this game has VERY responsive and accurate controls for sword fights, and the deaths are freaking brutal, Mortal Kombat levels of brutality but of course much more realistic.

There's this option to buy a 4-pack for 13,24 oyro so it would be 3,31 oyro per persona.

EDIT: only 5 hours to go...

Fallout New Vegas is a good game if you forgive some of its flaws, but take into account that it is a hybrid between an FPS and a sandbox RPG, which boils down to it being a slow FPS which is quite clunky, or an RPG with not enough character freedom. If you're a big fan of Fallout 1 & 2 you may like it a lot, especially with all the references in there. But because it is a hybrid it falls a little flat in my opinion.

I enjoyed it a lot, but I like slow RPGs in which you explore a lot. If you're looking for a similar sandbox RPG with faster gameplay I would advise you to invest in Skyrim.

wow, today is a lot better! Reus, Terraria, Dust: all epic indie titles. And on top of that Bioshock Infinite (again), Mirror's Edge and Max Payne 3. With a little bit of luck AssCreed 3 is coming up for a price I am willing to pay for it.

Exactly why I voted for it on the next User Voted sale

I keep noticing that all the sale items are titles I already own, however, I wonder how many peeps out there have something on their wishlist

Yeah AssCreed 3 has indeed dropped in price and guess what - then I think "Do I really want to play this?" and the answer is actually HELL NO. I guess I'm done with the AssCreed series already.

Bought:

- Gnomoria
- Rogue Legacy

The latter of which is really an awesome ghosts & goblins style game that is designed to kick your ass.

As for the sale, I can highly recommend Alan Wake and Amnesia, both will give you quite a bone chilling adventure.
