Yes, thank you lifeschool for calculating the real scores. Since the top 5 all managed to beat 20 minutes in Suzuka and NOT beat 20 minutes in Silverstone it didn't matter in the end. Didn't have time to compete on friday and saturday...had I managed e.g. a 19:59-time in Silverstone I would've been undeservedly 1st with the initial scoring system.
So we should definitely add up minutes and seconds correctly in future racing rounds.

I've made a mistake when I posted my last score: it was 19:58.975 in Suzuka, I erroneously posted 19:58.075 before. The total time was added up correctly though but not when lifeschool recalculated the scores.
So I was 0.9 seconds slower in total meaning Parpala gets the bronze medal.

Great result, ED!
Lot of fun now that we found out that in cycle exact mode the game runs really well. Would be great to play it in the Knockout again.

John, I updated the leaderboard with your time: 119897. Parpala leads Sukzua, but I dont think it affected the actual league points at all.

You're correct. I've just miscalculated...sorry Parpala.

Good on you john thanks! I was on a mission to win this round and would stop at nothing.. F1GP = go time

About cycle exact - I did try using it @ 28mhz+ but for me it performed exactly as expected; far slower than 'fastest possible' (which runs full speed for me). No idea why you guys get a performance boost with it enabled, there must be some other settings in effect.
Anyway, very much looking forward to the next time we play this, which is hopefully sooner rather than later

Hmm...maybe a difference in the 32bit and 64bit WinUAE versions. Anyway, good that it's running smoothly on our systems now.
