Amitek A500 PSU any good??
I just bought a replacement PSU for my A500... It's an Amitek version and the outputs seem to match the 60W Commodore version. I got it because it's new (old stock) and cheap

If the power rails are still correctly regulated, go for it.
Check it with an expendable Amiga first (a "naked A500") and measure the power rails. If everything OK, use it in your expanded A1200. |

What? No HD in the A500? What a waste using this PSU in a non-expanded A500...

Ok this Amitek PSU is not looking to good as mine has just given up after only a few hours of use! I had to change the fuse in the plug when i first got it and it worked fine... but then it refused to switch on so i changed the fuse again and nothing
 This is a new old stock PSU and it lasted about 3 hours... i've contacted the seller for a replacement, now i just have to wait for a reply
