QuickShot II from Spectravideo works. Even the autofire works. Yes, it's true, I've got another QuickShot (different model) and it doesn't work as long as it keeps with the autofire all the time (I've tried them in notepad). I think any other without autofire should work too.
Edit: Competition Pro works too, and it's autofire too. Zip Stick (hasn't autofire) works too. New edit: I like to use this too: BTW (off topic) Synchro was asking to upload something to your web http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=62446&page=2 Last edited by Retrofan; 10 March 2012 at 21:39. |

If it hasn't autofire it will work for sure. If it has, not all will work. Mine that doesn't work is a QuickShot Chimera 3. As I said, with autofire that I got here working is the QuickShot II or the Competition Pro.

I have got the Python working now...
Yes got it WORKING on port 2 not tested Port 1. What you have to do is set the keys in one of the keysets but you have to have a keypad to set it up you can't use the numbers on the top row of the c64 keyboard. So it should read for Port 2... Right=KP_6 Left=KP_4 Up=KP_8 Down=KP_2 Fire=KP_5 EDIT: So it should read for Port 1... Right=KP_1 Left=KP_7 Up=KP_9 Down=KP_3 Fire=KP_0 Port 1 is set up for the on key map position(the c64 on/off switch)* EDIT: Remember to save your settings otherwise you will have to put in the keysets in again...(yes i forgot to do it and had to put them in again) Hope this helps......I am soooo happy.. EDIT AGAIN>>>: I will make a video so you know how to do it properly. |
