He is providing a service, unfortunately not everyone can install / find games on the internet for WinUAE. AF solves that problem in one package, granted you may still have to find games and stuff yourself, but the main obsticle is sorted (the installation of the emulator).

Plus he has a licence to include the kickstarts with AF.

And if the KS/WB roms were free, I'm sure there would be loads of easily installable fully setup WB's out there

But alas, they are not.

Let's not forget that GB Amiga is around for free. Except for that dratted KS/WB problem, it's exactly what FOL described (could use an update though

).
