 After reading all this,I feel ive made no progress in my search for a beatable Maniac emulator.Prehaps ill go back to looking for the original nes its self and games,allthough by the time I do find the nes there will more than likely be a working Mm and other nes game emulators I want. :kill

There must be a german version of Day of the tentacle out there somewhere. Day of the tentacle included Maniac mansion. If the game is german the subgame would probably be german as well.

Yes!Maniac mansion is allmost a zelda to me.For some odd reason I have this need to play it.Hell ive never even played the other.just really really want that game dernit!

Now that introductions are out of the way, you do know this is an Amiga board, right? You seem to be talking in NES-speek is why I ask (even your reference to Zelda). If it is NES goods you are seeking, this is not a good place for it.

:bounce Hey TwistinGhost!! Well I do have a question not involving nes now
 And I hope you can all help me here with this...Well there are 2 games I have been looking for for the Atari800XL.I never had the chance to beat these games and with the Atari800 emulator I can..The only prob is i cant remember the name of the 2 games.They are rpg just all words no graphics But I love those anyway  You start as a Mailman and you have to make your way up a mountain eventually to a magic shop mapping my way becouse falling off was a problem of mine.After visiting there town transforms.Mailboxes come to life just wierd stuff and the EVIL ONE is the villan in this game.. The other game is about a castle and your a detective trying to solve a ghost mystery in this vast(well in my mind)huge castle finding passages on the way and eventually you find a skeleton behind a wall that has a necklace.Allso have to solve the mystery befor a certain time the next day so there was a time limit..... I know its a long shot but prehaps someone will know what these games are. If ya played em then youll know em.They were the best rpg games for the Atari800computer..IMO And believe me ive went throughout the net looking for just lists of games for that pc....Alot of those lists are cut short I mean not alot of games for it.

Sorry... Ive posted these questions on other boards its just worth a try not even on the atari boards can any answer my question for that etc..... Again im sorry..This just looked like a good place to get answers wether it had anything to do with Amiga... Like I said worth a try..Ill leave you guys be with the atari nintendo crap...............
