You can download the iso of issue 32 of Aminet CD (Aminet_32_Aug_1999.rar) from here
There is a folder called GoldED on it...

Has anyone been able to contact Dietmar (author of Cubic IDE) lately?

I tried to buy it and it's been one week now, with no reply (and no download link) since the PayPal transaction.

I'll have to escalate this through PayPal eventually if I can't reach him, but I was really hoping to actually buy the thing...

it works so far, but it doesn't let me activate syntax highlighting.
as i use german version i can only name german menu entries i try:
ansicht (fifth menu) -> farbcodierung (entry after breakpoints).
see screenshot.
in golded:etc/syntax there is also only one file: generic.parser
