How do I create a large HDD ?

Hello people...first of all sorry if it's the wrong section, if so please mod move it to an appropriate folder.
I would like to create a 8gb hdf in my WinUae, and then install ClassicWB on it and copy all the WHDLoad games collection.
Can someone please help me step by step?
I already installed ClassicWB Lite, but I really don't understand how to manage big drives.
My aim is to create a .hdf DH0 8 gb on my PC, copy all the WHDLOAD and after all is done, I want to put this file on a JXD S7800b tablet running Uae4All.

Ok, I managed to create my hdf file with WinUAE.
I made 2 partitions: System, 400 mb and Games, 7.5 gb
But when I put this hdf file in Uae4All, I get "Not a DOS disk in device DH0".
How can I solve that?
Partitions were made with SFS FileSystem, and in my System partition I copied ClassicWB Lite
