I can assure you that the hoster deleted NOTHING. I was responsible for any changes made to the site at that time.

You sell other peoples work for money.
No I dont! You do that, I have CD nr 27, there is my stuff. OK, I can, its german law. There is no such a law in Germany. Maybe not, I am deleting it now, ok. You reported other sites and wanted to pull them down. No, never. You did, I know it, its my site! OK, maybe I did, but its against the law. But you do the same. And for money! No, I dont, german law allows me to sell it for money. Bullshit. What? Bullshit. Marblelous. |

"NEVER"
But you've specifically admitted that you've previously sold things you yourself in the course of a business that you haven't specifically acquired the rights to sell, otherwise the people asking you to remove their software that you don't have the right to sell would not have asked you to remove their software due to you not having the right to sell it. Could this not construe a reasonable claim for damages/reparations? (this is a question, not a statement of accusation). One should be most careful in the greenhouse when throwing stones. |

Yeah you're right.
Maybe put some more adverts in your signature. Maybe we could set up a donations page or something. |

I dont understand you Andreas. You do what you do, OK, its your business (and business). But why are you such a bad boy and point your fingers at those who do the same (skip the details that your same is not their same but ok)? Last edited by Sensi; 24 March 2009 at 13:21. |

@ AndreasM (or should it be Saint AndreasM of Amiga?)
Why not just replace every post of yours with "La la la la la, I can't hear you...." Words fail me. I think this should be a Poll: Does AndreasM contribute positively to the Amiga community or not? |

Having been a silent reader up to now & following the events with great disbelief for the most part from St Andreas of M (or was it King Cnut ?)
I agree with Merlin.............Let's put it to the test. Let's get a poll started (shoonay help ) Amiga Asset OR Weapon of Mass Destruction you decide TC |

Well, this has brightened up my dull lunch break. What's the expression I'm looking for... "When you find yourself in a hole, stop digging?", to which the response would undoubtedly be "Hole? No hole here, I'm on a horse"...
