Hello to all

Just like to say hi to all the Amiga users pass, present & future.. I have just got my 1200 out of mothballs as I just picked up a scsi cdrom drive for it, it now sits on my desk above the pc.

I used my Amiga in the past for Artwork so I`ll be getting my D-Paint up and running now.

I`ll be looking to upgrade the 1200 over the coming mths (Funds/wife permiting) so I`ll have to sell or swap my CD32 for some bits namely expansion memory boards with a 030 so if anyone is intrested in a CD32 and has a swap item please let me know.

Geoff.

Hello Megamix, and welcome to EAB!

I'm sure your A1200 will soon justify its place on your desk 'above the PC' - even without the upgrade.

The Artwork on this Page was all drawn on the Amiga using the mouse.

I love Duluxe Paint on the Amiga for its easy use of bitmap Drawing. I've tried some programs on the P.C. But have yet to find one that can beat the Amiga and Deluxe Paint.
I suspect that DemonHellraiser will find this comment interesting.

Heya Geoff!

Welcome back into the fold, you've picked a great time to pull your Amiga out of the mothballs, there's plenty starting to happen on the Amiga scene again. Some of the online Amiga retailers have accelerators for sale now, or you could also try AmiBay.com or eBay.

I had a look through your artwork site, you're very talented. The Flashes looks like a really interesting place to explore, do you live near there?

Good luck getting your A1200 set up, it's great to see some new pixelled artwork coming from Amigas.

Things have been happening since you've been away, you can now buy a 24bit scan-doubler that supports VGA output called the IndivisionAGA.
