Penguin platform

I'm looking for a jump'n'run in which you play a penguin sliding, running and jumping around collecting loads of sweets, ice cream or such. I remember it being pretty fast played on some stages, like you start sliding at the beginning of the stage and - if you get it right - nearly won't stop till the end of it.

I also asked at lemonamiga and they mentioned the 'james pond series' but it doesn't seem to be one these and neither 'Penguin'.

hope you can help me ^^

I've probably got no good memories of this game (it's been somewhen in the 90's when I played real AMIGA for the last time and i was about 8 years old ) but sadly they both don't seem to be the right games but thanks anyway ^^°

I remember it being totally ... candy-coloured or bright-colored, maybe that's the cause I think you've had to collect candy but I'm pretty sure the levels were full of things to collect and it wasn't needed to get them all - because you couldn't =)

I'm sorry for those vague descripstion but I can't remember it really good myself. Unfortunately my father has thrown away all of our AMIGA-stuff some years ago T_T

the description sounds like "Zool", but the main figure is not a penguin.

C64 ... hmm ... yes that could be. Sounds like SNOKIE --> http://www.c64gg.com/Images/S/Snokie_ingame.gif
It's really played at insane speed (stand at a spot wrong by 1/4 inch = instant death)
Loved it though.

I'd be surprised if it was not. Childhood memories tend to get foggy over the years, so maybe he's thinking of a penguin because of Zool's black suit.

As for "being pretty fast played", that reminded me of "Tearaway Thomas", games just don't play any faster than that, but the description is quite far off
