Static column is only used in SC mode with the motherboard 030.
Ramsey 07/DMAC04 are sometimes needed with the A3640, but often you can just swap in another DMAC-02 that works.

Thank you very much for your work.
I have a ReAmiga1200 made by me and it's amazing
I really like this recreated MB of an Amiga 3000, do you think about making an ATX format version?

How hard is it to buy your motherboard and build a full Amiga?

to buy the board is not hard.
solder the board it depends youw experuince in soldering. even with the SMD version I have chosen large pads so it is a good way to learn SMD.
you SMD REALLY scares you the TH version is good,
the CPU and FPU is harder YES. (FPU not really needed)

the HARD thing is to get the agnus and amber. but if you get hold of a batterydamages A3000. you take it from that

I wanted to say great job. I may still have my A3000 given by a friend and A1000. If I get back the old world I may look into this. For modern remake, maybe an ATX or mATX would be great due to case availability. Even USB ports to replace the old serial, KB and mouse would be welcomed.

Is anyone offering a service to install the chips and make this work? I have an old 3000 with all the required chips but I would be lost trying to transfer them to this new awesome board.

I will do some "PCB Moves" as I call it.. where I take a bad A3000. take a new SMD card. put on new passives. and then move all logic/connectors that can be saved from the 3000

but that will be next year. first I need to do my repairque ..

Now if someone was manufacturing new cases.. then I could see this as a winner! There was a Kickstarter or something for new A1200 cases, not sure if that took off, but just thinking this along with your ReAmiga 1200 and viola!

Someone like JLPCB or Seeed Studio will do small assembly runs, minimum 5 boards. You could get everything soldered up that way, then you just need to plug your chips in and test it.

For that purpose it might help to add a few test points for important signals. I don't know much about the common faults but even just marking the silkscreen by important pins (clock signals, voltages etc.) could be useful to people building them.
