Don't think Zone 99/H-Bomb has been mentioned anywhere...

No, don't think that is related...
Noticed the article you posted listing Fubar, Homeland and Drake. The Homeland demo can be downloaded from here http://web.archive.org/web/200104210...d/Homeland.lzx A couple of early screenshots of Drake can be seen here http://web.archive.org/web/200008290.../drk_shot.html Think I have the Fubar demo somewhere... Don't know if it is common? Newtron/Light Force has not been mentioned yet...? http://web.archive.org/web/200104140...uf/newtron.htm The demo can't be downloaded from there, but I have a copy of it. You can download their earlier game, Lightrider though. |

I have reply from author of Helioforge:
hmmmm, too bad it wasn't long enough to show any gameplay : ) The "3D" was just a planar view of space (except for the galaxy map, which I was very proud of at the time. (Wish I still had the code (compiled or not) to share with anyone still dedicated to Amiga gaming!) It was totally released, just no one ever knew about it. They hated "crippleware", and developers learned that full games just got swiped and put on compilation disks by the companies that advertised in the back of the magazines. It's still good to see it around : ) http://www.youtube.com/user/Helioforge |

According to the readme that archive is a rolling demo. Where can I get the actual game? I think I would be willing to pay the author, but don't expect him to be at the same address after 15 years. Seeing as how you were able to contact prehaps you could ask for me.
