MPEG to ANIM Conversion in Windows

There is a way to convert MPEG to ANIMs in Windows, with a Windows program? I am downloading videos from YouTube, and would like to convert them to ANIM, but using Amiga/WinUAE to do this is very slow.

Yes, like it... But in an automatic way, as mp2anim (http://aminet.net/package/gfx/conv/Mp2anim) does.

Doesnt exists any program like this [kludge], but for Windows?
