Crashes on Workbench startup

first my specs:
Intel Core2Due 6420@2.13GHz 2GB 1033 DDR2 Ati X1900
Vista x64 (will swith back to XP x86 once I find the courage to reinstall everything)
Using default amikit settings plus an Amiga harddisk added
Problem is sometimes Workbench gives all kinds of errors, gurus when starting up. If it it happens, usually it continues to happenafter reboots or restarts. But it is totaly random. If the crashes do not occur everything is perfect even after reboots.

Could it be a Core2Duo thing?

I also get that very regularly. Multiple system patches are started asyncronously (with run-command) in startup-sequence, sometimes they conflict, sometimes they don't..

You may also notice that interesting "wait 1" line there too

Anyway, not a WinUAE problem.
