A3000T Power Supply

Is there anyone who can tell how to hotwire a 3000T power supply to operate while it is out of the case. There is an output jack on the supply that has 4 wires coming out of it and going to the on/off switch. If I knew which colors to hook together It would allow me to test an extra motherboard I have.
