Boot into different Screenmode.
I like the way that ClassicWB allows you to change the boot sequence using mouse button presses.
Can anyone advise me how to write a line into my S-S, that will allow a mouse press to switch boot resolution to a 15khz mode? Why? Quite often, when classic gaming on my RTG A1200T, I want WB to boot into a Native Screenmode. This would avoid me having to switch displays each time I run a WHDload game etc. I know that I can set Igame to use its own 15khz screen, but normally i like to have WB available as I am usually on Aminet or wookiechat etc. Many thanks. |

Im not sure it what your looking for but if you create a second ENV-Archive folder you can have a totaly new workbench/IPrefs setup.
Just make sure this Env-Archive2 gets copied to Ram:env Or something like "ScreenMode FROM Sys:NewSetup/ScreenMode_Pal.Preset USE |

Just make it load a preset screenmode file with the command Boo Boo posted. There is no need for a whole other ENV archive.
Be careful, you have to do so before any CLI screen opens, otherwise, it will be sucky or imposible. Shoot the selection before a command that gives output to CLI is executed. |
