RPG Shareware games
Hi,
Having recently finished a top ten point and click adventure shareware games http://www.amigapd.com/top-ten-point--click-games.html I now want to produce a top ten on shareware RPGs however I only know about 4 - Hack + Zerg + Moria + Larn + Crystal Dragon which has recently been made available as shareware. Can anyone recommend any others? Thanks |

There were others, but not sure how many, I remember looking at a few from aminet years ago. |

PernAngband springs immediately to mind, it is a very good Rogue/Larn/Hack/Moria-style game. AmiOmega is in a similar vein but IMHO not as good.
There are hundreds more games here: http://aminet.net/game/role BTW I suggest starting a "Game Hints" section at your site; you could collect and make available walkthroughs, maps, cheats etc. for the games at your site. I have made some Zerg- and Castle of Doom-related materials that could be a starting point. Last edited by Minuous; 20 July 2011 at 21:35. |

I like the idea of a walk through - cheats section - I will try to set that up in the next few weeks.
I will check out the RPG on Aminet but to speed up the process I very much appreciate recommendations of games to play first. |

I forgot about Legend of Lothian - I played that a long time ago on my old Amiga 500 -
I tried to get it to work on the AmigaPd CD32 compilation cd but it never seemed to work - I will have another go at trying to solve that. |

There is also not bad Alien Space
[ Show youtube player ] If someone want to try: left mouse button to open door, use lift, pick up item or rescue prisoners, right to shoot. Motion detector is not useless, just have short range.
