Emulator crashing when quitting

I am having problems with getting my configs working. One problem is that the emulator often crashes when I quit. Instead of going back to Windows the screen freezes and nothing happens. I now use WinUAE0822r7, but I have also tried earlier versions. Does anyone recognize this, or even better, does anyone know how I can fix it?

This is my computer:
Intel Celeron 1700 Mhz
256 MB SDRAM
S3 Graphics ProSavage DDR (graphics card)
Avance AC’97 Audio (sound card)
Windows 98

I have tried the configs from BTTR (ecs13, aga30 etc) but they seem a bit out of date (some of the settings described are for older versions, like ”AutoConfig” and ”32-bit”). Are there any newer versions of ecs13 and aga30 availible, written for the later versions of WinUAE?

Also I haven´t found any manual for WinUAE0822r7. If anyone knows where I can get one I would be really grateful.

Sometimes I choose to run the emulator with full (512MB) Z3-fast and full (32MB) RTG. Might that be I reason why the emulator crashes?
