I found something interesting on LSD Docs Disk #27.

Does anyone know more about these bonus stages in Fuzzball game?

I remember that as a kid I completed this game (with unlimited lives as it's not possible to kill bees or close their hive) and never revealed any hidden levels. Maybe there is a chance for longplay which will show how to do it if possible.

Raising this from the dead as I couldn't find any info posted. There are 4 hidden bonus screens - found on rounds 9, 26, 35, and 47. Screens:
