Question Help Identifying an Audio Format

Hi guys, I've stumbled across an audio file type that I can't seem to figure out.

The header (and by header, I mean the entire first line, rather than the first few bytes) seems to contain some information, e.g. the type and name of the track. From this, I've discerned they are, or are modified versions of CPLX_TP3 (TrackerPacker 3.10).

Now that's where the good news ends. I cannot find anything that'll play them, including players that claim to support TP3.

The files originally had the extension ".snd" but that could easily be a red herring.

Here are two example files:
https://retro.sx/internal/temp/PresC.snd
https://retro.sx/internal/temp/StageF.snd

I get the impression they're modified in some way, but then I'd expect a different header.

So, any ideas?
