Yendorian Tales, a cool oldschool RPG for PC DOS (1994-1997)
I've had a nice retro-read a few days ago, searched my old paper mags collection, and in some issue of Gambler I saw the game I wanted to get 12 years ago
 It was called Yendorian Tales in that issue, don't remember any extra titles, but according to MobyGames there are 3 parts in the series. Personally, I think I'm after the last one called Yendorian Tales: The Tyrants of Thaine, from the year 1997, but I'm sure the others are some fine games too!  Damn, those are hard to find and pretty much unknown...

Tried to help you out, but doesn't look too good...
www.swgames.com -> down http://www.smithwarenetworks.net/ -> almost down :/ From what I could see on different sources, the games are definitely not considered abandonware yet, so they are gonna be hard to find unless some guy offers them on a fansite or something, considering the company apparently closed business... Okay Shoon, finally they are uploaded to the zone! That's all I could come up with...
Version 1 and 3 (shareware only sorry ) are 100% safe as they come from the original editors (now dead) website, thanks to the wayback machine!!!  http://web.archive.org/web/200712120...com/index.html Version 2 I found thanks to my connections and scouts in the darkest alleys of the interweb...I checked the file for Virus and it came up safe, but you never know... Hope it helps!
