old game...what's it's name?
I'm looking for an old AMIGA game but I can't remember it's
name. It's a FRP. You could play alone or with up to two more people. I think there always had to be 3 characters so the computer took over the one that had no human controller (I played it with my brother and we had one more computer with us). The view is top side (from a bird's perspective). I remember there were some conversations, fights, and a special thing, something like mood. If you wanted to attack someone you had to change your mood to aggressive or something like that. Once, we were attacked and I was getting hit pretty bad while I was clicking on the change mood icon. Also, I remember there were some cloaked figures that used to appear throughout the game with some advice or somesuch. If anyone knows the name of this game I'd be very gratefull...As for how old it is...I think it's more than 6 years-at least-but probably more. |

Nah, ain't syndicate. Remember, it's a FRP and, while I don't remember the details, I know I was killing enemies with my sword not a machine gun

Sounds like Ultima Online, lol. Not quite an Amiga game though.

very funny...
If it's any help I think the button for changing the mood (and therefore probably other stuff like inventory too) was at the top of the screen, not sure though |

I've updated the HOL entry with more screenshots -> http://hol.abime.net/?id=2248
Also, check the Zone for the ADFs of the game (the Zone is reached using the buttons at the top-right hand corner of the webpage). |

Yep, that's the game all right! Thnx all!
However, one more thing. I got the ADFs and tried it. It runs alright on WINuae but I'm not about to play an AMIGA game on PC, so I transfered it to my AMIGA. No matter how I run it (AGA on/off, different resolution, kick 1.3...) the text is always bunched up and barely readable at it's best? Also, on both the AMIGA and the emulation, the whole game path is moved 2 points to the right (e.g. there's the door but you pass through it by going through the wall to the right of it) Any thoughts, comments, solutions? |

You may want to get the WHDLoad version of it then incase it is some general "screws up on better machines" issue.
