Leonardo Levelmaps

I finished another game with its 52 levels: LEONARDO.

Basic information about the levels and the ripping process:

• 32 color palette
• COLOR08-COLOR15 contain the level-specific background colors
• Map Size is 480x320 pixels using tiles with 32x32 pixels
• Conversion was done by code because of some changes of the original tile data
  • Draw the border of each level
  • Fill the interior with he correcht background tile and set the 8 corresponding colors
  • Blit the objects into the interior of the level over the background (cookie-cut)
  • Within this copy-routine, some minor changes to the tile codes are done within the code
  • The level data contain 1 byte information about the background tile and its color palette and the correct tile for the 3 marvels you have to align
• The whole maps are saved with an IFF-save-loop that writes out all 52 levels onto my harddisk within some seconds.
