Bob's Bad Day - ... no Bob.

So, I used Amiga Explorer and null cable modem to make Bob's Bad Day via ADF files. Cracked version - has an NTSC/PAL switch on the cracked boot. So, I'm running in NTSC - A500 w/ 1MB Ram - boots other games fine but when I load up BBD I get... no bob. Almost like the graphic layer it's using for Bob is completely gone. I can play it, in fact beat four levels sans-bob but I'm sure this will get very VERY disorientating.

A shame because this game looks fun as hell. Where did I go wrong here?

Have you tried it with the PAL setting? Which disks do you use (there are different versions of the first disk, so maybe you use the one which is marked as [b]ad)?

Does it work in WinUAE NTSC? If so, I suspect the Amiga has OCS of needed ECS Agnus.

Nope, it doesn't work in NTSC WinUAE either - so I'm going to dig up my 1702 and try it in PAL. might have an easy fix here.

Winner Winner Chicken Dinner - PAL mode shows Bob... and the helpful guide hand, and other things I was missing. Hmmm. Maybe I need to try the games that were working to see if there's stuff I was missing!

Dude, you almost NEVER use your Amiga in NTSC for almost any game... keep it in mind, always boot up in PAL.
