Can anyone help with cm93

Hi

I'm after getting championship manager 93/94 to play on my pc and am looking for a site that does it for free.

I have the game for the amiga but a friend said it was much faster playing it via the pc.

Many thanks

I have downloaded the files but the game will not go past the loading up screen from this link so anymore links are welcome.

Cheers

is it the game in pure DOS mode ? try to build a pif and run in dos mode, or use a DOS emulator for windows (if the game files are sane).

Championship Manager 93/94 on Amiga is slow if played by Floppy system only (It took hours to change season).
If you could mount a little Hard Drive or, better, a Compact Flash Drive on you A600 you will have an enough fast game.

I meant that Championship Manager 93/94 takes much time to access disk and doesn't take so much time to compute results, tables and so on. At the and of the season the game updated all single player stats, accessing file disk, and took hours (therefore an hd is an useful add-on).
On the contrary Championship Manager 2 it's always very very slow, having Hard Drive and 68030/50 too.

Championship Manager '93 flies on my 040-equipped A1200 (with HD obviously). I remember it taking 30+ minutes to set up a new game on my A500+ (without HD), it takes probably 5 minutes maximum on my current setup.

The Amiga version of CM2 is totally hopeless though.
