WTB - Amiga Monitor for my A1200

Hi I'm looking for a 1942, 1084S or 1081. I will consider anything though that will work well with my stock A1200.

I am based in the UK and have been looking for a long time online but haven't found anything. Hopefully someone here has something for me.

The Philips CM8833-II is also a very nice monitor. I've seen a few on ebay lately but people are asking silly prices for them unfortunately.

Some monitors for Atari (e.g. SC1435) work fine for Amiga as well, so perhaps you can extend your search in this area.

Thank you for your comments. My original monitor I used to use as a kid was the Philips CM8833-II Artist series, I think I could hook up my consoles too.

Although it has a 9 pin d-sub connector you can buy an adapter for it on ebay for about £11 that allows you connect any scart rgb cable to it, i've used it with my ps1, snes and dreamcast in the past. Of course if image quality is not an issue it takes the standard yellow video cable too.

Thank you Acid, I'd love to have the best quality image but my main draw is nostalgia and playing the games themselves. I am happy with anything really but would like a monitor. I was brought up playing with RF and composite and I had no problems with those. I do have a lot of RGB consoles and of course the A1200.
