Ork v1.2 Uploaded to the Zone (Please Test and Provide Feedback)

version 1.2 (11-26-2011) done by Keith Krellwitz (Abaddon):
- Complete re-write (removed jst macros and implemented PATCHLIST)
- Moved both fire and fire variant decrunchers to slave
- 140x blitter patches added
- Custom1=1 - Trainer
Infinite Energy - Still die instantly when hitting some items
Infinite Ammo
Infinite Fuel
- Custom2=1 - Programmers Cheat Mode
- Custom3=1 - Disable blitter patches
- Custom4=1 Enable CD32 Joypad support
Red - Fire
Play - Pause
Blue - Spacebar (smart bomb)
Forward+Reverse+Red - Abort Game
Play+Forward+Reverse - Quit
Green - When programmers cheat is active - maps to return
- ButtonWait tooltype supported for level intro screens
- Added 3 second delay to level intro screens
- Buttonwait added, which when set replaces the 3 second
delay on level intro screen
- Added second joy support - maps to space

after a first test, the intro music is playing too slowly compared to the game on disk.

It looks like I found the issue, please give the attached slave a try.

Edit: Not only was the intro music affected, but the entire game was running a slower. This has been like this since the original jst release. Come to think of it I think Harry (helped me with the original imager) mentioned the music issue when I originally did the WHDLoad version.

Edit #2: Re-upped the slave (v1.2.2) - fixed the button mapping for CD32 controls. The buttons were not exactly mapped to what was in the readme. Now they are.
