Using Dearchivers in WB 3.5

I have recently got back into the amiga scene and trying to create a new rig. Sourced a A1200 which has now been placed in a Power Tower with a 68030 Processor with a HD and CD Drive. I am trying to use a Dearchiver on Workbench but i keep get error messages, could anyone give me any ideas???

What type of file are you trying to un-archive?
What error message are you getting?

It may be the case that you dont have the correct file types installed in your C directory... lha, lzx... etc...

If the tequilla program you use is this one http://aminet.net/package/disk/misc/tequilla then you are using only a PC->Amiga transfer program but not a dearchiver. Either use the original archiver LZX (+ a year 2k fix: this or this), LHA or the generic unarchiver XAD.
