Streamlining loading whdload games from lha archives in WinUAE

I followed the guide in setting up a Workbench 3.1 HDF for WinUAE, and then onto getting Retroplay's lha set of whdload images. It was suggested that I make a hard drive folder and put games in there.

Is there a way to streamline starting these from the lha files in Workbench using whdload, without having to extract them all? Maybe a frontend that runs in WinUAE and indexes the lhas and I can just select one and it extracts if need be and runs?

How do people do this? Please help a clueless noob.

If you don't want to go through the hassle of extracting the games you could try FS-UAE which can run the WHDLoad LHA files directly: https://fs-uae.net/whdload-support

Thanks, good to know. If manual extraction is the way, then it's the way :-)
