Indivision External Flicker Fixer -- Checker Board Effect
Dear all!
I just bought a new Amiga because my original one kind of died. I used to use NTSC High-Res Interlaced screenmode and the quality of the screen on a LCD monitor was quite decent. (My flicker fixer is an external Indivision. The green LED (flicker fixer mode) used to be on.) Since I changed my Amiga, I cannot use NTSC modes, the screen is just black, whichever NTSC screenmode I choose; the flicker fixer LED is blinking, no matter what adjustment I make on the flicker fixer. If I use PAL High-Res Interlaced, I get a image but it looks like every second line is shifted left a few pixels with respect to the screen border... The flicker fixer LED is on. I don't understand what is going on, could anyone advise me? Thanks! Yann |

Dear all!
My mistake! I had tinkered with the potentiometer to adjust the phase and had forgotten about it... With a couple of turns, I have now a nice and stable PAL Interlaced screen showing up on my LCD screen :-) Cheers! Yann |
