Has anyone created a script or Arexx script to blindly unpack all files to an Amiga partition?

I'm thinking about something simple where you just point out a source directory and a destination and it automatically creates the directory structure and unpacks all LHA files it can find.

The Python script seems to do something similar but it's for Linux. I might get it to work in Mingw but just thought I'd ask if there's a simpler solution.

@Retroplay

Hi, I was just wondering about 'SuperSkidmarks_v1.1_LowMem_CD32'. It says it needs 2mb Chip 8mb Fast but I just get 'Can't allocate ExpMem'. I had to add 16mb Z3 Fast before it would run which is the same requirement for 'SuperSkidmarks_v1.1_CD32'.

Hmm, could the slaves be mixed up in the installer ?

Skidmarks2.slave (size: 6508):
Slave v1.1 (17-sep-2017 17:25:15)

Skidmarks2_lowmem.slave (size: 6516):
Slave v1.2 (18-jun-2016 22:28:23)

Any ideas on this ? Does this need this much memory on a real Amiga as well ? Seems strange that both versions need at least 26mb ! to run.

I'm not a coder so you have to ask JOTD about that.
All I do is install what's being released at whdload site.

No worries, I wouldn't know how to report it and i'm only using emulation so doesn't seem like a valid bug anyway. It might be different on real hardware. Thanks anyway.

Nope... 2MB Chip for native AGA and CD32 versions.

Welcome to the world of WHDLoad

I just got SuperSkidmarks_v1.0_CD32 from Pleasuredome and that seems to work fine with 2mb Chip + 8mb Fast, so i'm not sure what happened to the latest 'LowMem' slave (Not sure why the other slave is marked v1.2) ?

Is there also supposed to be an OCS/AGA version of 'Super Skidmarks' as well, I only see a CD32 version ?

I seem to be having some trouble with the docs contained in the latest whdload releases of some games. I opened a tread here explaining in detail.

On the latest releases of Cannon Fodder (v2.0), and Alien Breed (i'm sure there must be more) there seem to be something wrong with the docs (manuals, cheats etc).
If I click on them to open them, my CD32 equiped with a TF330, either reboots right there or opens them and reboots soon after (when I try to launch Cannon Fodder for example).
The game itself runs fine if i launch it alone.

I have reproduced the issue on WinUAE so its not my console to blame...

Older version of the same game (v1.0) contain docs that cause no problems.

I use Classic WB and the docs are opened by the default MultiView program.
