Tac 2 versions?

Hi,

Want to know how to identify early tac 2 vs later versions of black&white color versions(made in usa).

I have a black and white both made in usa and metal shaft with good centering, but the font size of the logo are different of the two and the directions paint is smaller on the white one?
Also my white controller have black chord? without saying taiwan at the db9 plug as the black have,idk if the chord is replaced on the white :/

Hope i get some answers to my questions
