Amiga Virgin

Hello all

I am new to the Amiga having just bought my first A600

I have been into retro gaming for many years and have an extensive collection of old consoles and games etc and have just added to my collection with an Amiga

I had an Atari STE many years ago so missed out on the Amiga

I do have a few questions but will not post them here (wrong forum ?)

You'll find this an amazingly friendly and knowledgeable community. When I joined I had an extremely rare old game on what turned out to be a damaged disk. The lovely experts here worked really hard to recover the disk at their own expense, all through their sheer love of the Amiga platform. I hope you have an equally positive experience!

You might wanna try grabbing a cheap IDE to CF adapter off eBay and a CF card - cheap and silent HDD and easy upgrade to your A600. Pity we cannot get that for an STE. I just bought one of those so maybe we can exchange ideas!!

You will find TONS of info here. Do fire up with questions but have a go with the search facilities too
