Quotes of not posting to forums:

1. I lost my "how-to-post-in-forums" guide.
2. I'm scared.
3. This is my 1001st forum that I create an account on. I lost track.

I forgot the rest of the excuses

I'll submit a few additional batches in the future. A question regarding Atari ST/STE shots: do you also take monochrome (high resolution) shots in addition to color? A few games have nicely redrawn graphics, others are merely doubled/dithered. I personally also like the different PC shots showing different graphic modes, that seems similar.

You're taking one for the team, playing these games on the ST

Morning Gents

TroelsDK, You need to add ICFTD to that list,

You've quite an addictive personality haven't you? I suppose their are far worse things out there, you could be addicted to

I've still no idea why I have a copy of this game, I have no recollection of ever buying it?? It was either bought at a computer show on a whim (I remember really getting stuck on antheads, stupid safe in the hospital!! So I wanted the manual), or I borrowed it off a mate and we both forgot about it (whoops )

TCD, have you had any thoughts on a fair donation charge? Would other collectors have an opinion do you think after all ICFTD is the possession of the EAB now as far as I'm concerned. (but I only want to send it to Troels, I did promice)

I've left my memory stick with #7 in the pink thing at home today
Do you fancy sending me anything over to process the same way we used to do it, to keep me busy?

Hmm, it's for 40-50 € BIN on eBay, but I'd say a bit less is appropiate. Just as a 'everybody will be happy' suggestion: What about 25 € as a donation? That might be a bit too less, but it seems like a good amount in this case

And I'll zip something up for you now

I'll have to pay for the postage too so, if we round that to the nearest €, plus the €25 would you be happy with that? (I'd class this as a joint donation too)
How would you like it posted, recorded post etc?
I'll have to search for a jiffy bag or something.
RCK better remember to give me a medal too, I'm sacrificing an Amiga game for the EAB
Even though I know it's going to a better place .
An Amiga game sanctuary if you like, where they are loved, looked after, given lots of TLC and not trapped under a bed for 25 years

Cool, just let me know when you donated and PM me with your address.
No hurry mate, I'll keep it nice and safe for you It's got your name on it now.
Literally I used a permanent marker (joke!!)
Although looking at some of your lovely scans, which a***hole shopkeeper put a massive barcode sticker over a quarter of the box WTF!!
You'll never complete the Amiga collection you know, there's over 2000.....You'd have to buy a new house, those shelves would never take it.
Photos of those models of Coolspot etc, would make nice misc shots too btw

Yeah those shopkeepers and their stickers....
If the box is plastic layer they are easy to remove, but if like most of them is cardboard, then patience it the key... I usualy just make them a little wet and then use a tweezerm to gently pull it off.. But there is one on Another world that I'll need to use a hot air gun for...

Anyway, I am planning to take a picture of Mr. Cool Spot

Noticed that I have a different box of Mousetrap, and Defender of the Crown,
and that AWESOME need manual scan, and Risky woods need box disk and manual scans.
I promissed TCD some rescans but didn't have the time to do them, but might do another load Friday

And yes I am getting more and more concerned about the shelves... I hope they can take the weight! My plan is that when I move next time, probably in 2 years, I'll make some thin shelves all over the walls and then have the boxes facing front! That would fill an entire room The way it is now is getting more and more messy

After reading that, I had to pop on HOL and find the boxscan, and WTF indeed

Gratuitous vandalism is what I say, the a***hole shopkeeper should be shot for mindlessly sticking a grotesque label of that nature to one of these beloved Amiga game boxes

I might be good, but not even I can fix that without another good quality image

Nice idea the best wall paper in the world ever !! (extra insulation too )
you'd probably need some line across the front of them to stop them falling off or have a piece of wood to stop them falling off or.. (hang on I'll draw a sketch )

One thing though in doing that, will they fade with direct or even indirect sunlight?

Please excuse the crudity of this model, I didn't have time to build it to scale or to paint it.

I'm going to send my CV to Ikea

This would look great but you's need a lot of wall space, probably a warehouse in your case
