Wanting to upgrade my Apollo1240 to an '060. Help needed

Currently my A1200 is running a 40mhz Apollo1240. Im mostly pretty happy with it but would still like to upgrade it to an '060. It has mach131, which Im lead to believe is necessary , but beyond that Im not really sure what's required. More than likely I'll get someone else to do it, but Im in Australia, and arent really sure who locally can do it, or the price. I already have an '060 cpu, so Im hoping it's not going to be too pricey. If it is I'll give it a try myself instead, but still need the info on how to do it.

Any feedback and/or information would be appreciated,
Thanks in advance.

if you already have the cpu then you need,

the header for the regulator
the 3.3 volt regulator pcb for the cpu
a eprom with the 060 firmware on
and you might need a cpu socket.

Ask over on AmiBay, someone will offer to upgrade it for you if you want to pay for it (140ish EUR).
