Good idea on replacing those caps

It's possible you may have damaged a few chips due to the +6.2V supply esp if it has been like that a while...
My best advice would be to solve one problem at a time & then add the xtra cards including CPU Card.

What Rev is your Mobo, & I will look into the required mods to convert your RAM to 1MB ChipRAM, I've actually got a spare Rev 6.2 Board that is running 512 + 512, If the Agnus is an 8372A I'll mod it tomorrow & let you know.

the agnus is 8372a but have a megachip ram with 8375 for a total of 2mb chipram

Right I'm a little confused now,

Do you have 512K chip or 1MB chip with an 8372A OR an 8375 Megachip board running 2MB chipRAM ?????

It's impossible to upgrade your Rev 6.2 Board from 512K to 1MB Chip either way by changing jumpers --- Tracks on the Motherboard need to be cut.

If you are using an 8375 Megachip then you do not need to modify your board.. you Have 2MB ChipRAM, thats the maximum, also I think you will find that your "Green Screen" issues are due to the poor contact or fitting of the Megachip upgrade.

Well, I will try to clear the situation...

Actually I'm operating with 8372A, I removed 8375 board.

Before green screen and other troubles I operated with 2MB chip ram (with 8375) and 1MB chip ram with 8372A.

After green screen Ir remopved 8375 and replaced 8372a

Now I haven't 1MB but 512+512 but before with 8372A was 1MB chipram and 0 other mem.

But moved jumpers to test the mainboard and not remember how to setup again they.

I tried to move J101 from 1-2 to 2-3 but system is blank screen black.

I will try again tomorrow...

Thanks for clarifying I understand now.

Your methods are very logical esp to remove the Megachip regarding the green screen.

OK I will look into the 1MB chipRAM issue using my board tomorrow, something I've been meaning to do for a while anyway
Let you know.
